with a Realtor who works in particular real 
estate marketing area.  These Realtors 
have expressed an interest in assisting 
you in the valuation process.  We connect 
home owners with only one agent that is 
licensed in your state and is a member of 
the National Association of Realtors.  

Terms of use

We will only provide your information to one 
Realtor.  We do not make any representations 
or provide any warranties with regard to the service 
or a particular Realtor's fitness and/or level of 
expertise except as follows:  Prior to allowing a 
Realtor to participate in this service he/she 
will be required to provide a valid state license 
number, a valid copy of the state license and 
a letter of good standing from their local Board 
of Realtors.   In addition, please do your own
investigation by contacting your state's department
 of real estate and the National Association of 
Realtors www.realtor.org .
